Welcome to our family Beach House. Our new home is situated across from the beach access. This beach is a great-sandy beach that slopes slowly for the younger kids and has a great break for surfing. Our home has an open and airy feeling with vaulted ceilings, a large inviting kitchen with ocean view, hardwood floors throughout, and decks off the kitchen, master bedroom and living room. The living room has views of the ocean, a large comfortable leather sectional couch with two recliners, a TV with DVD/VHS, CD and audio receiver with speakers. The kitchen features all new appliances, a dishwasher, trash compactor, large refrigerator, Viking Stove, and a bar with seating for three. Adjacent to the kitchen is a deck with a stainless steel barbeque. The dining room also has ocean views and a large table.

Attractions - Our Four bedroom house easily accommodates 9 people. We have three bedrooms downstairs with 1 Queen sized bed, 1 Double Bed, and one room with three twin beds. Downstairs is also a full bath with a extra large tiled shower that is attached to a mud room. Also downstairs is an extra room (like a sunroom) with no beds in it that attaches to the laundry room that has a washer and dryer. Upstairs is a half bath, living room, kitchen, and dining area that is all open with vaulted ceilings. There is also a large Master bedroom with a full bath. The bathroom has a tub and shower, and a sink with a limestone counter. The bedroom has California King bed with French doors that goes out to a deck area. We believe Cayucos is one of the best-kept secrets. Our beaches are unspoiled with few people and great weather!
