This spacious two level, three bedroom home offers privacy from the top to the bottom floor. There is a fireplace upstairs in the living room that looks out into the trees and a fireplace in one of the bedrooms downstairs. There is a deck on each level. Each bedroom is spacious with a queen bed, the third room also has a single bed. There is a breakfast table located in the kitchen and a dining table both looking out onto the back yard filled with oaks, agapanthus and pines, thus the name Tree House By The Sea. This home is located south of Ocean Ave. and just two blocks from the heart of Carmel making walking to the shops and restaurants a breeze. It is also walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed the comfort and decor of the home and its closeness to most all of the Carmel attractions---especially to the shuttles going to and from the AT&T Pro Am Golf Tournament, a 5 minute walk. The home is clean, well maintained and equipped and comfortable. We had a great month!! Tom and Mary Claudson 01/10/07 Positive This is a wonderfully comfortable and convenient cottage situated only a few blocks from down town but in a very peaceful area. The beach is a short walk down the hill. Jill was immensely helpful and easy to work with in all communications. If we ever holiday in Carmel again I wouldn't stay any place else.
