We are sure you will enjoy this golfing retreat at beautiful Coyote Lakes Golf Course Community in Surprise, Arizona. This vacation villa is 1800 square feet and is tastefully decorated and furnished and has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. There is a great room that includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a dining area and spacious family room with cable TV.
There is also a formal living room and dinning area. Sit back and relax on the wonderful private patio with golf course views of the third hole at Coyote Lake Golf Club which is lovely par five. The home comes complete with a washer and dryer, double garage and lots of additional parking. The spacious Master Bedroom has a king bed, full shower, double sinks, granite top vanities, private commode and soaker tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite full bathroom. The third bedroom/office has trundle bed and the office comes with high-speed Internet connection.
Within 10 miles is spring training facilities for Kansas City Royals and the Texas Rangers, and just down the road about 15 minutes away are the spring training facilities for the San Diego Padres and the Seattle Mariners. The area at Glendale is only a 15 minute drive and there are plenty of big name acts to keep your entertained as well as many different restaurants to choose from. There is lots of shopping opportunities and great restaurant nearby and this vacation home is centrally located for day trips to Sedona, Wickenberg, Scottsdale, Tombstone, Tucson, Globe and the Grand Canyon. There is a brand new shopping center on Lake Pleasant Highway which is a 10 minute drive.
Only a 2 minute drive away, Coyote Lakes Golf Club is one of the finest desert golf courses in Phoenix`s West Valley. The rolling desert terrain plays only 6,200 yards from the championship tees. Despite its modest length, Coyote Lakes challenges players of all skill levels with its small greens, rugged desert terrain and four lakes.
