Situated on 120' of private, west-facing, level beach. Outstanding views of the lake and the sun setting behind the forested mountains across the lake. Cottage is located on private acreage. Water views from the living room, kitchen and deck, and forest views from the bedroom.

- From the airport, drive south on Highway 17 for about 20 minutes, then exit right on the Royal Oak exit. Travel along Interurban Road until you arrive at Highway 1. Turn right and travel about 60 minutes to Duncan. Pass through Duncan then take a left on Highway 18 to Youbou (about 30 minutes). Turn left on Bremner for about one block, then the road veers to the right past the park and ball diamond (on the right). The road then veers to the left as Sa-Seen-Os Road. The property is located on the right, the second driveway after the mailboxes.
Transit - Can be reached by walking in 5 minutes.
Golf - Can be reached by driving in 15 minutes.
