This 5 Acre Gated Executive Estate has all the luxuries of a 5 star resort, including a view of Elk Lake. It enjoys sunrise views from the East with Mt. Baker gleaming in the distance.

This home features a 25'x50' solar heated swimming pool open May through September and hot tub. Enjoy staring at the stars from the deck and hot tub on these super dark nights that are not subject to lights from the city. The grand kitchen with stainless appliances, and Espresso bar, include 3 ovens and granite countertops with Island. This Estate offers the serenity of park like surroundings, with only a 15 minute drive to downtown Victoria or the ferry terminal to vancouver. The airport is also 15 minutes away.

Sandy Island View beach or Cordova bay beaches are only 10-15 minutes away.

The Elk Lake offers water sports and a 10km walking/ jogging trail that circles the lake which is accessed from our property. The UVIC rowing team offers great entertainment of World Class Olympic Rowing training and championships.

Horse-back riding is 5 minutes away.

This is the upstairs only. The suite downstairs is not available.
