This Estate offers the serenity of park like surroundings, with only a 15 minute drive to downtown Victoria or the ferry terminal to vancouver. The airport is also 15 minutes away.
Sandy Island View beach or Cordova bay beaches are only 10-15 minutes away.
The Elk Lake offers water sports and a 10km walking/ jogging trail that circles the lake which is accessed from our property. The UVIC rowing team offers great entertainment of World Class Olympic Rowing training and championships.
Horse-back riding is 5 minutes away.
