This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is situated on 3 acres with 900 ft of waterfront in East Sooke. One King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin and a Queen Hide-a-bed make it a comfortable getaway for 6 people. Down Duvets, built-in stereo system with indoor & outdoor speakers, built-in vacuum, outdoor fire pit, indoor wood burning stove, 8 person hot tub, TV & VCR , washer & dryer, BBQ, and telescope. Playpen, highchair and some children's toys are also available. There is a horse shoe pit on the property and lots of space for playing catch, volleyball, frisbee, etc. Search the rocky beach area for sea life including starfish, crabs, shellfish, sea otters and seals. Hiking, bird watching and fishing in the area is also amazing.
This beautiful Sooke home has an amazing 240 degree view of the ocean and is situated close to East Sooke Park. It was built with wood from the property in the summer of 2003 and has a true westcoast feel throughout. The decor is simple and clean, to put your mind at ease. The ocean and surroundings are quiet and calming. Also, Heron, deer and peacocks are a common sight in the yard, on the beaches and wharf. This home has many features to accomodate for any season such as the fireplace, hot tub, firepit, and down comforters for those cold days. On warmer days you can enjoy the barbeque, wharf, firepit, and of course swimming. If you want to get away from the city and back to nature, Heron Point House is the place to sit back and relax.
