The French Beach Retreats is a 1800sq.f cabin situatated on some rocks overlooking Juan de Fuca Strait. It is within one hour drive from Victoria and within a 5 minutes walk to French Beach Provincial Park. The cabin has a 180 degree south-west view of the ocean, the Olympic Mountans, fabulous sunrises and sunsets, seal life and whales. Fluffy robes, flowers, candles and a complimentary bottle of wine will welcome you to your private retreat. The area of Sooke is famous for its good salmon fishing and its wonderful hiking trails along the shores and beaches. Sea-kayaking, guided tours, bicycling, fishing are all available through the small communtiy of Sooke, 21 km away. There are restaurants within a 10 minutes drive from the cabins.

Our 1800sq.foot house is nestled between the crashing surf of the Juan de Fuca Strait and the profound stillness of the west coast rainforest, just minutes walk from the idyllic French Beach Provincial Park and 30 minutes drive from the famous West Coast Trail. Sooke is 21km away and provides all the facilities of a little town.
