Monthly rate
Weekly bookings preferred from June 21 to Sept 6. Shorter stays will be considered later in the season if space is available. 3-night minimum on long weekends and the Christmas-New Year's holiday season. 2-night minimum all other times.
High season is one week min.
- 50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance).
- A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
- If you cancel 45 or more days prior, payments (less 10%) are refunded.

Well-behaved adult dogs accompanied by responsible owners are welcome with approval. Additional $15/night per dog if approved, or $25/night for 2 dogs. Weekly rate is $75/dog. Please see our Pet Policy.
Refunds will be provided for the day(s) we rebook, less a $100 administration fee.
