TV,VCR & DVD, stereo, lake views from livingroom, kitchen, dining room, master bedroom, upper deck and main patio area. Fully equipped kitchen and in suite laundry facilities. Enjoy the 4 hole par 3 golf course, indoor swimming pool & sauna, tennis court, ping pong and sandy beach.

Monthly rate range from Min $1,500.00 - Rates applicable to January, February, March, April, May, October, November, December Stay at Shawnigan Beach Resort #1 for only $1500.00 per month for bookings 6 months or longer through shoulder and low season.
Rental is based on 6 guests. Additional guests/costs will be by previous arrangements only.
- 25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance).
- A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
- If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
* Rates subject to change until reservation is confirmed.

Additional Information: Reservation Deposit: 20% of the total amount is due to wwvr and an additional 25% of balance due to owner
at the time of booking which must be paid to secure the reservation.
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation Policy:
Full refunds will be granted to cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival date.
Refunds will not be granted for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
No refunds shall be made for early departures or unused days.
