Mill Bay Beach House is located just north of the Mill Bay ferry in the picturesque southern Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island. The waterfront house has spectacular views overlooking the Saanich Peninsula and Salt Spring Island.
Located minutes from the Brentwood Bay/Mill Bay ferry, the house has easy access to Victoria Airport and Butchart Gardens by ferry and is within a thirty minute drive of Victoria.

- 15% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance).
- A refundable security/damage deposit of $500 is required.

Additional Information: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival unless previous arrangements have been made.
A damage/cleaning deposit of $500 is required with the balance of payment. If the house is left in the same state of cleanliness and repair as upon arrival, the deposit will be returned within two weeks.
Mill Bay Beach House is a non-smoking accommodation.
If the reservation is cancelled before 45 days from the check-in date there will be a 25% cancellation fee charged on the reservation deposit + taxes for any cancellation to cover associated costs.
If the reservation is cancelled less than 45 days prior to your arrival date, you will be charged the full amount of the rent plus taxes. Should we secure another booking for some or all of the rental period, you will be refunded the amount of money recovered less a cancellation fee of 25% of the booking + taxes.
In the unlikely event that the rental property becomes unavailable, Gulf Island Vacation Rentals will make every effort to find similar accommodation. Should that prove to be impossible, or if the property does not suit you, we will refund the full amount paid
Guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent any propertes with Elite Vacation Homes.
