Harbour Haven was built in 2002 with huge cathedral ceilings inside. There is beach access with a large yard and private hottub. The hot tub is undercover so it can be used in any weather. Guests can relax in the hot tub while enjoying looking out over the ocean and the lights of Comox Harbour, with the mountains in the background!
The home has an optional suite above garage for an extra 2 people for an extra charge of $120 for low season and $150 for high season. Courtenay is only 5 mins where you have all amenities including art galleries, great restaurants, shopping and 30 mins from the beautiful Mt. Washington ski resort. In the summer, Mt Washington has amazing bike and hiking trails, horseback riding and more.
