Additional Information: Rates: Winter Season (November- April) $825 per night - based on group size.
Rates: Spring/Fall Season (April-June/September-November) $935 per night to $1100 per night - based on group size.

Reservation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required within 7 days of confirmation to secure your reservation
Full payment is due 90 days prior to your arrival date

Cancellation Policy
Reservations are cancelled and deposits forfeited where payment in full is not received 90 days prior to arrival. For cancellations received within 90 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the villa can be re-rented, a refund will be issued, less the deposit and $100 fee.
General Policy
No smoking or pets in the villas at any time
All tenants must abide by the rules of the complex
10% due upon booking to EWWV
Guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent any propertes with Elite Vacation Homes.

Pender Harbour Golf Club http://tee-off.ca/courseDescription.php?eye=bc156 Pender Harbour Golf Club is about five kilometers north of Madeira Park. This 9 hole course was built with a unique combination of flat and hilly fairways. Water hazards are scattered throughout to add to the challenge of the game. The fairways are fairly tight, with elevated greens and tees that enable you to take in every great view of the surrounding mountains and scenery that the Sunshine Coast is famous for. Fishing Sakinaw Lake is the largest lake on the Sechelt Peninsula and is known for its large Cutthroat trout which can reach over 4 lbs. Kokanee, Sockeye and Coho salmon can also be found. Canoeing and Kayaking Sakinaw Lake Whether your pleasure is a serene paddle around the lake at sunset, or an invigorating journey in coastal waters, the Sunshine Coast is known as the kayak eco-paradise of the west coast. Bring your own equipment or rent from several tour operators in the area. Horseback Riding Nearby Malaspina Ranch will saddle up a fun time for you and your family with scenic trail rides through forest hills and crests, with ocean vistas. A trail ride is a great way to spend the afternoon with the family. Nature abounds Skookumchuck Falls Skookumchuck Narrows – each tide, water is forced through the narrows and forms the Sechelt Rapids. The difference in water levels between one side of the rapids and the other can exceed 2 meters high! It’s the area’s most popular natural phenomenon that young and old can enjoy. The Skookumchuck Narrows Provincial Park offers an easy 4km interpreted hike to several vantage points – great for a picnic and to see the waters come rushing in! Hiking, Biking The area offers many trails to enjoy the natural beauty of land and sea. Whether it’s a day hike to a scenic vista, or an invigourating bike through mountainous terrain, the Sunshine Coast serves up nature any way you like it.
