My new home is on the north shore of Garden Bay looking south toward John Henry’s Marina and Madeira Park. It’s a recreational paradise, with parks, the ocean and 6 lakes at our door step. The area offers all the amenities you might want, including catering, with several choices of nice pubs and restaurants.

The house sleeps 18-20 easily and offers a billiard room, sauna, gym, hot tub for 12, camp fire pit, ocean front dock and a very pleasant west coast decor.
This Oceanfront home was build with fun and family in mind, so it is ideally suited for weekend getaways, Corporate Retreats, Family Reunions and Vacations. It's a boaters paridise with dock space for 3 large yachts.
A 12’ Zodiac boat with 15 hp motor is available for rent at our dock, from Ruby Lake Water Sports for a nominal fee of $60 / day plus gas. Other water sports options such as Wakeboarding, Waterskiing, tubing and Kayaks are also available for rent locally.
In the Lower Level of the Main House there is a fourth bedroom with a Queen and a fifth bedroom with twin bunk-beds and a another twin. The Lower Level family room there is also a pull out sofa and a second Kitchen. The lower dining area can easily be used as an additional sleeping area if necessary. ( This wing can be rented separately at a reduced rate for couples or small families, contact us for rates)
The detached Guest Cabin has a Studio room with a queen sofa bed and a Loft with 3 twin mattresses.
A second guest cabin is specially designed with children in mind and can sleep 6 children or 3 adults. This childrens cabin is heated an even has it's own bathroom!
Outdoors you can suntan, swim, fish and kayak off the large dock. A wind surfer, two Kayaks and a 12' Lund fishing boat are available to our guests for a nominal fee and liability waiver. In the evening sit around the rock campfire pit and roast marshmallows and tell stories before enjoying a dip in the hot tub before bed.
Pender Harbor is a popular port of call for yachts traveling to Alaska. Our spectacular view of the harbor is an on going show case of incredible yachts from all over the world.
Three beautiful warm swimming lakes are within easy walking distance. Watersports enthusiasts will enjoy Ruby and Sakinaw lakes just a 15 minute drive away. Hire a Guided fishing charter. A variety of boats are available for rental from Ruby Lake Water Sports and Pender Harbor Watertaxi.
