The condo was newly complete in the summer of 2004 and sports all the modern amenities of condo living with a rustic mountain style. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath luxury loft condominium features a 23-foot vaulted ceiling and an 8 foot window that provides a valley view of the surrounding magical peaks that perfectly frames magnificent Cascade Mountain . The panoramic windows are ideal to view the changing hues of light on the mountain from dawn to dusk. Delight in the stunning views whether you are pampering yourself in the rooftop hot-tub, bask on the sunny sofa or grilling at the propane barbeque on the balcony. The scenery pictures included are taken from either the balcony or the windows inside the unit with a simple digital, the photos really don't capture this stunning view.

With 950 sq feet of living space you will find the condo to be extremely comfortable and the river stone gas fireplace provides a cozy mountain retreat ambience. The fully-equipped kitchen comes complete with dishwasher, microwave, and everything you need and more to prepare your gourmet meal. The slate heated floor provides that additional extravagance in the kitchen. The stix dining room table adds a rustic mountain touch that is perfect for your family gathering or a romantic dinner.

The open master bedroom loft is a queen with a down duvet, lofty pillows and heated mattress pad to keep you cozy during the winter months. The unusual master bath is open to the bedroom and has a stand up shower unit and ample fresh towels. The second standard bedroom has a queen bed with a duvet and an adjacent shared bathroom. The unit in general is equipped with many many more amenities then you would find in a hotel room to make your stay feel like home, yet still a luxurious getaway.

NUMBER OF GUESTS
The fees quoted are for a maximum of 4 guests staying in the condo. An additional fee of $15.00 per person per night will apply additional guests. We will supply an inflatable bed for the living room.

CHECKING-IN/CHECKING OUT
Check-in time is after 2:00pm . I will provide all the information for keyless entry and you can check in at your convenience. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

PETS
We are happy to accept well-behaved pets. The charge for pets is $25.00 per stay.

SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted on the property or in the unit.

TELEPHONE CALLS
There is no charge for local calls (Canmore, Banff , Kananaskis Country and Exshaw). Long distance calls must be charged to the guest's calling card.

PARKING
Complimentary parking in the heated underground parkade is provided for one vehicle per condominium. All oversize vehicles and extra vehicles may be parked at the adjacent outside parking lot.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Of course we hope you don't have to change your vacation plans. However please take note of the following in case changes are unavoidable.

For reservations cancelled more than 30* days prior to arrival, 50% of the full amount of a reservation is refundable. Alternatively, reservations may be re-booked for another date within the following 12 months.

If cancelled between 16 - 30 days prior to arrival, 25% of the full balance of a reservation is refundable. If cancelled less than 16 days prior to arrival, the full amount of a reservation is non-refundable.

*Please note: Any amount paid for Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday reservations cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival is non-refundable.

TAXES
Alberta is the only province in Canada without a provincial sales tax, making our province excellent value for your destination dollar. International guests will find the exchange on the Euro and American to Canadian dollars favorable, making Alberta an excellent choice.

The Goods and Services Tax (GST) is a value added tax similar to systems used in 48 other counties. It is a broad based consumption tax, which applies a rate of seven percent to most goods and services purchased in Canada , regardless of whether the buyer is a resident or visitor to Canada . All visitors can claim back applicable GST on tangible goods you are carrying out of the country by heading to the GST counter in the departures level of Calgary International Airport . Be sure to save all of your receipts! The condominium is not subject to GST or the 5% Tourism Levy that is applicable in all hotels.

Guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent any propertes with Elite Vacation Homes.
